A little about me I have been practicing yoga since 1994. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training through the True Nature School of Yoga in 2017. My reiki training began in 2016 and completed reiki master in 2018. I became a Licensed Spiritual Healer in early 2020 through the Federation of Spiritual Healer License Boards, license number LSH 3124. I am a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist and aromatherapy coach through the Natural Therapies Board and Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education (CARE). This includes Raindrop, Vitaflex, EO Chemistry, and Emotional Release with Essential Oils. I have a wonderful family of two sons, a mastiff, and a kitty. Our days consist of camping, concerts, sports and lovely quiet down time in between it all. I am so grateful for all the love and support I continue to receive on my journey of healing and sharing. I care very much about our spiritual bodies having their human experience. With each session I have with my clients, I too, heal and grow.
