A little about me It has been my experience that Reiki combined with aromatherapy and movement of the body can be a supportive addition to anyone’s healing journey. Reiki can assist in healing on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word “Rei” (meaning Universal Life) and “Ki” (meaning energy) Reiki is a gentle and natural modality that uses human touch to move life force energy through your body and energetic field. When receiving Reiki, the practitioner (me) is working directly with this energy in and around your energy field with specific hand placements and symbols on or above your body (depending on your personal boundaries). I am also trained in VitaFlex and Raindrop Techniques. These are a wonderful addition to a Reiki session. I’d love the opportunity to visit about your vision for your health and all-around wellness goals.
